La Blanche d’Armagnac
In its inaugural year, the newly added label « Blanche d’Armagnac » earned the Chateau du Prada a silver medal at the Eauze regional competition. Its floral and aromatic « eau de vie » (alcohol) derives from a natural process, as opposed to wood flavouring.
« La Blanche d’Armagnac » is best served over ice, accompanied with smoked foods.
We recommend enjoying it with Gascon-

This wine is best served chilled as an aperitif. We recommend tasting the Prelude alongside the French delicacy « foie gras ».
Les Pruneaux
The freshly picked prune harvest is immediately preserved in a mixture or Armagnac and syrup without having them first soaked in tea to make them swell. Our unique method of preservation renders the prunes extraordinarily flavourful, with a soft, smooth texture.
